Xilinx dlc10 usb driver download (2020)

Hi,. I just need help on installing the driver for DLC10 on Win 7. I want to use it on ISE Impact Uility ver 14.7 but Win 7. won't recognize the driver I am trying to install xilinx platform cable driver on the xilinx website in windows 10 but it doesnot work. The platform cable (DLC10) works with Win7. Below is Now it is named Xilinx USB Cable and the status LED is orange.
